Services

Most plans include monthly or seasonal visits depending on what services you’ve selected. Lawn care is usually monthly or fortnightly, while things like gutter cleaning or pressure washing may be scheduled once or twice per year. Everything is planned, so you always know what’s coming.

Yes. Members receive reminders and notifications ahead of each visit so you always know when we’re arriving.
-
Not always. As long as we have safe and agreed access to the areas we’re servicing, many homeowners don’t need to be home. If access is required, we’ll let you know in advance.
-
No problem. Just let us know with reasonable notice and we’ll reschedule your appointment. For membership visits, we generally require 48 hours’ notice so we can manage routing and scheduling efficiently.
-
If access isn’t available or the site is unsafe, we may be unable to complete the visit and it may count as a missed booking. We’ll always communicate clearly and help arrange another time if needed.

Safety & Guarantees
-
Most Melbourne homes should have gutters cleaned at least once per year, and more frequently if the property is near trees or exposed to heavy leaf fall. Blocked gutters can cause water damage, roof leaks, mould and structural issues, so regular cleaning is one of the most important maintenance tasks for protecting your home.
-
Yes. Dirt, dust, bird droppings and pollution build-up can significantly reduce solar efficiency. Most experts recommend cleaning solar panels every 6–12 months in Melbourne, depending on environment and location. Regular cleaning helps maintain performance, protects your system and maximises energy output.
-
For most suburban Melbourne homes, lawns benefit from maintenance every 2–4 weeks depending on season, weather and growth rate. Regular upkeep keeps your property looking great, prevents overgrowth and reduces the cost and effort of catch-up work later.
-
For many homeowners, yes. A maintenance plan helps prevent expensive repairs, keeps your property in better condition, spreads costs more evenly, and removes the stress of organising separate trades. Instead of reacting to problems, you stay ahead of them, which usually costs less long-term.
-
Minor issues often become major problems. Neglected gutters can lead to water damage, neglected roofs can leak, dirty solar panels lose efficiency, and minor repairs can quickly become costly replacements. Regular maintenance protects your investment and keeps your home safe, efficient and comfortable.
-
Common annual maintenance tasks for Melbourne homes include gutter cleaning, roof inspections, exterior washing, general safety checks, garden maintenance, and servicing of key property areas. Many homeowners prefer a structured plan so nothing gets missed.
-
Yes. Well-maintained properties hold their value better, are easier to sell, and appeal more to buyers. Preventative care also helps avoid visible deterioration, structural damage and costly future repairs — all of which can impact a property’s value.
-
For most homeowners, predictable monthly costs are easier and more cost-effective than sudden large repair bills. Planned maintenance helps prevent breakdowns, spreads costs evenly across the year, and reduces financial stress.
